👯 Lord Ping casino sister sites
Lord Ping is managed by Skill on Net LTD, a gaming company based in Cyprus, which also owns the other sister sites Spin Genie, Mega Casino and Ice36.
🛡️ Is Lord Ping casino safe?
Lord Ping is legally operating in the UK under license no. 39326, issued by the UK Gambling Commission. Officially the license was issued to the company Skill on Net Limited, which is based in Limassol, Cyprus.
However, on Lord Ping’s website, Skill on Net itself appears as a Maltese company.
This information can raise some doubts about the legitimacy of the business and make you skeptical.
In fact, it would be better to say that Lord Ping is owned by Primeshot LTD, a Cypriot company, which legally operates as a white label of Skill on Net.
So nothing shady, but it’s fair to specify.
In addition to the UKGC license, Lord Ping has an MGA license, with which it can legally operate in all EU countries that do not require a local license, including Germany.
🎁 Lord Ping Welcome bonus
Like every online casino in this world, LordPing also attracts new players by offering them a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
Unfortunately, this is not the most generous bonus: in fact, if you sign up for the first time, you can get 100% of your deposit up to £ 50.
The problem would not even be the smallness of the bonus itself, but the absurd 60x wagering requirement.
Basically, to turn bonus money into real money you have to play it 60 times.
If the concept hasn’t got inyo your head yet, let’s take a practical example with the minimum deposit, which is £ 20.
When you deposit this amount, you will be credited with an additional £20 bonus.
To convert it into withdrawable money, you have to play the equivalent of £ 1,200. A lot, too much! Especially if you think that the average wagering is around 35x.
Sometimes, casinos remove this limit completely, like in the case of Mr Q Casino.
That said, the bonus also includes 35 free spins worth £ 0.10 each that you can play on Book of Dead.

🎰 Lord Ping games
Let’s go through all the games offered by Lord Ping, starting from the most sought type of casino games: yes, we’re obviously talking about the slot games.
Hundreds of video slots are waiting for you. Finding the right one for you might be a complex task, that’s why the online slots have been grouped based on software provider or by theme such as action, adventure, African, celebrity, classic, colorful and many more.
If you’re chasing big wins, have a look at the progressive jackpots with titles like Eye of Horus, Fishin’ Frenzy, The Goonies all contributing to a millionaire prize.
You can also play slots with daily jackpots where the winnings are smaller but more frequent, for example Cash or Nothing and Zillard King.
At LordPing, you will also find loads of Megaways slot games with hundreds of thousands of paylines. Big Bass Bonanza, Buffalo King and Piggy Riches Megaways are just few examples.
🎲 Live dealer games
This site has an excellent selection of live casino games including 58 live roulette games, 82 live blackjack games, 20 live baccarat games and 20 game shows live games. Among these, for example, you can play Crazy Time, Cash or Crash, Monopoly Live and Football Studio.
💳 Payment methods: how to make a deposit
All major payment methods are accepted at LordPing, including e-wallets such as PayPal, Neteller and Skrill and debit cards. The availability of course depends on your country of residence. For UK players, besides the aforementioned methods, Paysafecard and Trustly are available too.
💸 Withdrawals
Before you request a withdrawal, you need to share some documents in line with the verification procedure. These include a recent utility bill (not older than 6 months); a copy of the front of your debit card with the middle eight digits hidden; and ID card, passport or driving license).
Normally, it takes up to 12 hours for these documents to be checked, unless some extra verification is needed.
Once this process is done, you will receive your money within 24 hours.
Remember you can’t request a withdrawal if you have an active bonus. Some other casinos let you withdraw anyway (even though you lose the bonus). In this case, it’s impossible unless the bonus requirements are met.
It’s possible that some fees are applied, depending on the withdrawal method used. If any, it will be shown during the withdrawal process.
💬 How to contact customer care
You have few options to contact the Lord Ping customer support. You can reach them via e-mail [email protected].
Alternatively, you can launch the live chat service. To do so, you need to login to your account and click the live chat button. The service is available every day from 6am until midnight (central Europe time).
The FAQ section could potentially save you some time as well. Here topics such as license and security, bonuses and other promos, deposits and withdrawals are covered.
⭐ Other Reviews
It’s not that easy to launch a new casino in the UK, where the expectations are as high as the online casino market is competitive.
This is even more true if the reviews aren’t great and you can’t manage them properly.
In fact, if you google, the opinions on Lord Ping aren’t exactly the best.
Some players have not received the email to confirm their account and start playing.
Others complained that they never received their winnings, even after losing more than they had requested to withdraw.
In some cases, their account was even closed without any explanation.
Although some rumors do not necessarily give the definitive image of Lord Ping, doubts arise about their handling of customers and complaints themselves.
To tell the truth, it is still early to be able to give an opinion on the basis of a few dozen reviews, but surely the beginning of Lord Ping is not encouraging.
✅ Lord Ping review: our final thoughts
While there’s no arguing that Lord Ping is a safe and legit casino, there are several things we don’t like.
Also considering the high competition of the online gambling in the UK, Lord Ping does not stand out from the crowd.
The site is pleasant and functional; however, the welcome bonus is too low to attract new players and the wagering far too high.
The game selection is decent, but nothing special.
Another downside is customer service. Despite the presence of online chat, the service has some shortcomings. Many users have felt abandoned by Lord Ping and this is reflected in the various negative reviews that can be found online.
To conclude, if you really intend to play on Lord Ping, we can’t tell you not to.
But, if in doubt, there are certainly better alternatives, both in terms of the games available, both in terms of customer support, and in terms of welcome bonuses.
In this sense, you may find the list of top 20 UK online casinos or quality casinos useful.
