Day 20,

Still no update received regarding my withdrawal. I have now raised this with my contact again at IBAS and they are progressing the case thankfully.

I have since received a response from the complaints email, however this did not solve my case and I was given no further update.

The generic responses on here are a great indication of the service you get when you eventually get an email response so I have referred my contact at IBAS to look at this page. They have said they have checked it out and speak to their relevant contacts as it is clear that this company are having liquidity issues and are delaying payments to manage their cash flow, according to their observations.

Whilst this does not help my case, I am glad that someone with authority is looking into this company and its subsidiaries as it they are causing significant emotional distress for so many honest customers.

I will continue to update others on my case, as I have found that helpful when looking at others reviews.

So far, still no luck but I will not give up.

One big joke. Okay one week on and after saying they tried to pay my Ney owed to my card and that my bank declined payment lol only to check with my bank and for me to be told that no such thing happened, no blocks on my card an no payment was ever made or would be declined these people have dropped one text a day only to say same things, so they said use trusify and I did, given bank details and then they now want verification, so sent passport, divorce paper, letters from everything even medical and yet they still asking for the same things with the same automated text.
